A few weeks ago we were approached by Abe Louw, Zach Louw & Luca Jacobs who wanted to put together Cape Town’s first Instagram charity exhibition, featuring photography by 10 super cool Capetonian Instagrammers! We will be heading there after the Nifty x Gummie Insta-walk on Saturday afternoon..
We’ll let you tell them about the event in their own words ‘In association with Nifty250 we have curated a gallery of 10 top Capetonian Instagramer’s work that we wish to sell to raise funds for The Yebook Project. The Yebook Project is a non-profit, startup charity that aims to supply the families of South African learners from disadvantaged backgrounds with school photographs so as to improve their sense of self worth and pride in actively pursuing an education.
The first exhibition will be held this Saturday, the 21st of March 2015 at Skinny Legs & All Luxury café. Not only is this Human Rights Day, but it also coincides with the 11th Worldwide Instameet. The Worldwide Instameet is an annual event that brings together the global Instagram community to share ideas and promote creativity.

Photographic prints sponsored by Nifty250 will be on sale for R30 each.
This is a new project that we have embarked on and this event would be the first of many more regular events.
